This is my current go-to spot for delicious treats. Smiling faces always greet and welcome me. The owner is so warm and kind, I just love coming in. I've never been disappointed by anything I've tried. A few of my favorites include the Japanese Cheesecake, Purple Yam Cake, Fruit Cake, Chocolate Swiss Roll, and the Chocolate Screw Roll. They are perfectly and lightly sweet, and the textures are also light, springy, and absolutely divine. The egg tarts available on Saturdays are also a must-try. I find myself going back for the pastries in the refrigerated case weekly.
03/09/24: The curry chicken bun is delicious! 😋 Not dry at all!! Original: LOVE the options! Unfortunately, most of the fillings (especially pork or other meats) are pretty dry, but I'm going to try everything once! The bread itself is TOP NOTCH.
My wife and I were passing through and stopped in. We were so pleased! I had a savory sampler, the green onion and the cheese and some sort of delicious pork were all perfectly flavored and the bake was delicious! My wife had a vanilla filled pastry, also yummy. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely tĥe best bakery we have found , being raised on the big island of Hawaii for 21 years this place brought me right back to my childhood. They have so many amazing desserts it was overwhelming in the best way possible. We took home so so so many treats and they are all so delicious 😋. We will be regulars here for sure . …
Great vegan Bao buns! The owner was very sweet and made sure of our allergies before buying, so we didn’t eat anything we couldn’t. All items were individually packaged and everything was clean. Very cute bakery. She told us we could pre-order bread every second Wednesday of the month too.
My birthday cake (about $35 for 6 in.) from Leaguer Bakery was wonderful- fresh juicy mangoes, light spongey cake, and fluffy cream frosting thats not too sweet. so delicious, perfect balance! my family has ordered many cakes and pastries here, its great every time. very good customer service too, the sweetest people work here.
I went for the first time today with my sister. I got their milky aroma bun, a couple different cheese breads, a chocolate & a pistachio croissant, and a strawberry and whipped cream pastry. They were all absolutely delicious. I will be coming back very soon!!
I drove quite a bit to visit this Taiwanese bakery, and it was totally worth it. I happened to chat with the owner while I was there, and I was so happy to finally get their contact info—now I can pre-order next time and won’t risk missing out! The custard bread is incredibly soft and fluffy, truly a family favorite. The savory scallion bread was also really good—soft, flavorful, and comforting. It was my first time trying their light cheesecake, and it was rich, smooth, and not too sweet at all. Last but not least, their toast bread, which even Japanese customers highly recommend, was amazing—so soft it reminded me of fresh 生吐司. If you’re in the Cincinnati area, they also partner with Coco Japanese Market, where you can pick up their bread as well—new stock usually arrives on Wednesdays. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Highly recommend if you love authentic Taiwanese-style baked goods 🤍 總結一下：非常好吃、麵包很軟、口味也很台灣味，要趁新鮮吃！
New items! Lotus seed paste mooncake is delicious 😋 Will try other new items later. We tried the snowy strawberry bun and it was absolutely delicious! We were so excited to try it that we didnt get a picture. Will have to get one next time! almond puff is deliciously flaky and the perfect sweetness; one of my new favorites! Also got the jalapeño cheese bun which was savory and not too spicy. Hubby got the blackberry and cherry cake roll, which was just the right sweetness and so soft! I got a sunny puff, which had a filling that tasted like carmel and had a very flaky puff pastry texture, which i really like. The japanese cheesecake is super moist, creamy, and nothing like American cheesecake, as i knew! It's much better, in my opinion. The chocolate almond bun was very yummy. The chocolate was not super sweet and tasted similar to a dark chocolate. The bun has slivered almonds on it providing a nice crunchy texture. The purple yam bun was delicious, subtlely sweet and oh so soft! The snowball cookies remind me of a wedding cookie being crunchy with nuts in them and dusted in powdered sugar. The onion and pork floss bun is a nice savory bun with a somewhat heavy filling of mayo. The lemon cake was yummy and lemony of course. The almond tuilies were yummy, the combinationofflavors difficulttodescribe but i enjoyed them! Hubby and i frequent this wonderful bakery to try new items and of course the things we like and look forward to as well More new delicious things to try! blackberry Sombrero bun, which my husband loves and is one of his favorites, i got a bree Melon bun with a delicious custard filling and soft pillowy bread. I also got a creamy melon bun which had an interesting filling surrounded by soft bun. One of my favorite savory buns is pork floss bun(specially the square shaped one. Absolutely will be coming back. The sweetest woman I have met in my time in Ohio owns this bakery and it is definitely my pleasure to support her. The custard croissant was flaky and delicious and not too sweet. We got a hole strawberry Swiss roll, a chocolate croissant, and all kinds of bao buns. Absolutely fantastic all the way around
